9:00-16:00 Competition of joung chefs " KLASA Znojemská pečeně 2015" and " KLASA Cucumber salad 2015" hosted by Václav Stárek president of the Association of hotels and resturants ČR

Young chefs prepare with french shef Franck Sucillon new version of Znojemská Pečeně, degustation for public. Presentation of the history of the dish "Znojemská pečeňě" by the culinary filmmaker  Václav Malovický, in the end with the degustation for the public, with the support of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund Czech Republic (SZIF ČR). - Hotel DUKLA

10:00- 16:00 Public screening/listening of competing programmes
(TV - commercial - radio) including the screening of a feature film

11:00-15:00 Opening of Czech Radio children´s drawings exhibition „Full Plate of Painting“ under the auspices of Czech radio - The Hall of Municipality, Nám. Armády and Children Reception in Hotel Prestige

13:00-16h30 Seminary for smal breweries with VÚPaS ČR - Hotel Prestige -

19:00 Opening Ceremony of the Festival and the Ceremony of the competition of small Breweries - Czech radio "Dvojka" live broadcast - presentation of food products "KLASA a Reginální potravina" and degustation of wining beer, with the support of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund (SZIF ČR) - Kino Svět-
